Link the target and reference images for each replicate to a representative Figure.

01Open replicate binding
Select the representative Figure and open Bind biological replicates or Edit biological replicate binding.
02Check each replicate source
Choose the original images for each protein and replicate. Check filenames, membranes and sample lanes.
03Save and open analysis
Save the bindings and open Biological replicate densitometry. Check the reference paired with each target before reviewing regions.
