Assign image roles using one example group, then preview and save a reusable format.

01Select an example group
In one folder, select images from the same experiment and open Set companions and remember format.
02Assign roles and default pages
Assign image types to files or TIFF pages. Choose default display and quantification pages where needed, and exclude spare pages from companion matching.
03Preview and apply the format
Enable Remember this format, enter a name and inspect the application preview before saving. Check sample identities and exposures when reusing it.
A format helps identify image roles and companions; it does not replace checks of experiment, membrane, signal and exposure. Resolve conflicts and multiple candidates before use.
