Add molecular-weight labels
Add molecular-weight labels in kDa, with multiple labels in a single crop.
Before you startDraw the strip crop and have the corresponding marker image available.

01Prepare a crop with both bands
In Strip editing, select 20261006 1-2 GSDMD_Chemi.png, draw the centre line and enter GSDMD. Increase the crop height to include both band rows and all six lanes. This prepares a new crop; it has not been saved yet.
02Enter and place 53 kDa
Enter 53 in the weight field, click Click image to place and click beside the upper band. Entering a value prepares the label; clicking the image places it. Use the marker on White or Merge to judge the height.
03Add 30 kDa and save the strip
Enter 30, click Click image to place and click beside the lower band. The 53 label stays in place. Check both labels and click Save strip. A save message appears and the button becomes Update strip.
04Move one label and update
Drag the 53 kDa text to align it with the upper signal. The 30 kDa label does not move with it. Click Update strip and check the preview: both labels remain, and the new position of 53 has been saved.
