01Open the analysis and check images
Open Quick quantification and import target and reference strip images. Check protein roles, replicate labels and reference assignments.
02Review every image region
Set lane group names, then inspect signal and background regions for every image under Review regions. Quantification uses original pixels.
03Calculate, save and export
Calculate intensity, inspect sample-level values and valid sample counts, save the analysis and export Excel. Set statistics for the actual experimental design if needed.
