Record antibody use on a strip

Save the antibody and actual dilution used for the strip.

Before you startCreate the library entries and open the strip you want to document.

01Open antibody details

Select a strip in Strip editing and open its antibody details. Find and select the antibody actually used from your library.

02Enter the actual dilution

Enter the dilution actually used and check the name, catalog number and vendor. Do not assume a suggested library dilution was used in this experiment.

03Update the strip and inspect the figure

Choose Save strip or Update strip, then inspect the figures using it. Usage is saved as a snapshot; later library changes do not automatically rewrite the saved record.
