Sharing principles

I share antibodies I have actually used, including brand and catalog details, tested conditions, images and experience. New observations are accompanied by their images and conditions to make comparison easier.

Paper sources and interpretation

Paper guides identify the original title, authors, journal, year and DOI or full-text link. Key findings are tied to the relevant figures, experimental designs and conditions where possible. The authors’ results, their proposed mechanism and implications drawn here are described separately; the experiments in the paper are not presented as our own.

Using a paper to understand an observation does not validate the catalog number, tentative band identity or every condition in a site review. Extensions to other cells, species, stimuli or time points are identified as inferences, with the remaining need for validation made clear.

Images and mechanism schematics

Supplied experimental figures retain their original appearance, with browsing thumbnails linked to complete images. Any reproduced paper figure is accompanied by its original source and permission information. Mechanism diagrams created for this site are labeled as schematics and identify the paper they are based on. They aid understanding and are not experimental data or a substitute for the original figures.

Languages and updates

Chinese and English share record IDs and discussions. Check both languages when changing catalog details, conditions or scientific interpretations. Experiment, first-publication and substantive-update dates are separate; missing dates are omitted from structured data.

Corrections

If you notice an error, leave a comment under the article. I will check and update the content. If my assessment changes, I will also explain what changed and why.

Commercial relationships and advertising

Advertising areas are separate from review content and labeled as advertisements. Supplied samples, sponsorship or other commercial collaborations will be disclosed in the relevant content.
